What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaching is the process of partnering with and guiding a client through overall lifestyle changes, with a focus on nutrition and wellbeing.

Brooke offers 12 week & 8 week programs to individuals that are motivated to make change to their lifestyle and live in a healthier, happier way. By using her psychotherapy background, Brooke is able to help clients navigate not only their health concerns, but how their mindset gets in the way of achieving their goals. 


  • Weekly video calls to discuss progress, reassess goals, and communicate the plan for the week

  • Weekly accountability check ins

  • Daily support via text

  • Education on a variety of topics will be covered throughout the program to educate and teach you how to live your healthiest life according to your goals
